Customized nutrition and training plan

We utilized a holistic approach to nutrition to optimize your energy levels, hormone balance and gut health. You will receive customized nutrition support, done for you healthy recipes and meal plan guidance. You will also receive a monthly customized training plan delivered through our PAF training app.

Functional lab testing

Clara provides a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis test for new clients to address foundational concerns. You also have access to other function lab testings such as DUTCH, GI MAP, blood testing and more

1:1 coaching 

You have 1:1 access to your coaches to get support anytime you need.

I have done all sorts of diets including low carb, low fat, high protein, intermittent fasting, plant-based and 1200 calorie diet. I was tired of going on different diets, losing and gaining the weight back. After years of trying all types of fad diets and overtraining my body, I finally found a holistic, mind body approach that has transformed my body permanently.

WHO AM I?

I am a Holistic Nutritionist, Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, IIN Health Coach, PN1 Nutrition coach, Registered 200 hr Yoga Teacher, Certified Meditation and Breathwork Practitioner and Certified NLP Practitioner based in Vancouver BC. I created this program combining all my knowledge in nutrition, wellness and health along with my personal journey and experience to help women just like you.
After struggling with binge eating, restrictive dieting, overtraining and hypothalamic amenorrhea, I realized that I needed a different approach. A mind-body approach that focuses on overall well-being instead of conventional training program that only focuses on my physique.

I have learned to enjoy moving my body again, whether on walks or in the gym. FAQS

Gym access is preferred but not required. We create both at home and gym workouts based on the equipments you have access to.

I will teach you the tools about calories and macros but tracking is not necessary. We will work on finding the best approach that works for you and your lifestyle.

The investment varies based on the time frame (16 weeks minimum, but we have longer options) and the level of support. We will be able to discuss which option works the best for you on our consultation call. Our rate starts at 399/ month.

You have 1:1 access to your coaches, 24/7 whatsapp communication support and bi-weekly 1:1 coaching calls.

Although supplements are not always needed, they can definitely be helpful with your journey. I will create a customized supplement protocol based on your needs and budget. My clients usually spend around 100 per month on supplements.

Definitely! Since I am online based I can work with clients from all around the world. Keep in mind that only HTMA test is available in most countries and other functional lab testings are only available in US and Canada at the moment. We can discuss about your options on our consultation call.
